I finally had a chance to watch this movie tonight. I started to look up various scenes and videos on youtube. I thought this one showed a lot about the emotion of all of it. I can't imagine being trapped in a place with no easy way of getting out. It is amazing that he found the strength to start a new life and reach within for a solution. He wasn't going down without a fight.

:)Never, ever, ever underestimate the impact you may have on someone's life.
Think about your actions.
There are people who will always care about you.
They care about your choices, your happiness, and your place in this world.
They don't want you making the same mistakes over and over again.
They want you to succeed.
Think about how you impact children daily.
Be happy, and be healthy and don't throw away this beautiful day.
Hug the people you love. Hug your children.
Don't dwell on the past.
Move forward.
Move.
Let go of the pain of your past.
Stop checking in on people you made a choice to break away from.:)
It isn't helping you or them.
Focus on the now.
Live your life- not theirs.
